City Board Meets in Special Session

The Humboldt City Board met in special session on Wednesday, June 1^st, 2005. The meeting was called to order at 5:30 p.m. by Chairman Allen Schmeichel. Trustees present were Theresa Muth and Larry Skari.

Chairman Schmeichel declared the meeting in executive session to discuss the Municipal Bar.

Chairman Schmeichel declared the meeting out of executive session at 6:00 p.m.

Inventory at the bar will be conducted on June 26^th, 2005 at 2:00 p.m.

The air conditioner at the bar was discussed. Bids have been requested from Darron Peterson and Garry Hardware. A motion was made by Schmeichel and seconded by Skari to award the air conditioner bid to the lowest bidder as long as it can be completed with in the next few days. The motion carried.

A motion was made by Muth and seconded by Skari to adjourn the meeting at 6:05 p.m. The motion carried.
