City Board Minutes

The Humboldt City Board met in special session on Monday, November 7^th, 2005. The meeting was called to order by Chairman Allen Schmeichel at 7:40 p.m. Members present were Larry Skari and Theresa Muth. The purpose of the meeting was to review quotes for painting the large room in the Community Center and replacing the mop boards and the tile on the steps.

Quotes for painting were received by Corner Stone Painting in the amount of $1365.00 and Glenda Sundermann in the amount of $1300.00. Labor and paint included in both quotes. A motion was made by Muth and seconded by Skari to accept the quote for $1300.00 from Glenda Sundermann. The motion carried.

One quote was received for replacing the mop board and the tile on the steps. The quote was from Grace Flooring. The mop boards would cost approximately $650.00 and the replacement of tile on the steps would cost approximately $750.00. A motion was made by Schmeichel and seconded by Skari to accept the quotes from Grace Flooring for the mop boards and steps. The motion carried.

With no further business, a motion was made by Skari and seconded by Muth to adjourn the meeting at 7:45 p.m. The motion carried.
