Natural Gas Minutes

The Humboldt Natural Gas Board met in regular session on Thursday, December 8^th, 2005. The meeting was called to order at 7:05 p.m. by Chairman Jim Jarding. Members present were Harvey Shumaker, Lynn Froke, and Ritchy Griepp. Kira Schmeichel was absent.

The minutes of the November meeting were reviewed. A motion was made by Griepp and seconded by Froke to approve the minutes. The motion carried.

The financials for November were reviewed. After discussion, a motion was made by Shumaker and seconded by Griepp to approve the financials. The motion carried.

Rates paid for November usage were $13.2486. The estimated rate for December usage is $9.77 plus transportation of $.9023 for a total of $10.6723. No natural gas has been locked in because the rate for locking in did not reach $10.00 as the board indicated. After discussion it was agreed not to lock in at this time.

Eide Bailly an independent accounting firm has been contact for a quote to review the Natural Gas Financials.

With no further business, a motion was made by Griepp and seconded by Shumaker to adjourn the meeting at 7:30 p.m. The motion carried.
